I could do with improving my healthy eating side I guess, so this thread could help me out a tad. I have no idea what things are/aren't nice!
A good start is to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.
I don't think i've eaten anything healthy today :S eeek! But considering I don't like vegetables or salad, it's hard! And when i say i don't like vegetables or salad, i mean like not one vegetable or leaf!
Porridge for breakie. An orange, two apples and two bananas for dinner. And then for me tea I had fish, boiled potatoes, steamed carrots, broccoli, pea pods and sweet corn mini pop seeds.Fit lar!
