It all depends on the budget is it going to be 30-40m which has to be available considering the massive media contracts.  Or is it going to be 40-50m or could be a massive 70+ which was speculated a few weeks ago.

One thing for sure Tevez has to fit in all the budget categories. A very good left winger has to be on the cards (10-15m+).  Simao if we have the budget.

Slight mistake on putting on the definate list but yes he was on the maybe list depending on who came and the budget available.  Garcia as a winger i don't rate too highly, he has scored important and special ones too.  But if only you realise the league is the priority not the cups.  Garcia is alright for europe!  I won't be dissapointed if he stays he's alright to have on the bench, but he blows hot and cold and is not consistent.

Malouda would be a great asset, the problem is the president of Lyon is a real vaultour and he will go for the best offer whatever malouda says, that what he has done with Essien so I don't see why it shouldn't be different now.

Sell Riise, he's a crap defender with an embarrassing chant. His sole contribution to are team is to score 3 or 4 screamers a season apart from this he can't defend or cross a ball or beat a man.
