cmmon liverpool fans heads up guys we tried and ufortunatly they scored against us! great goal by babel and sloppy defending by us! showing the reply it looks like both agger and the greeks mistakes!

We've got ahead and we can't keep hold to the lead at all for less than 10 minutes?

If we can't then we deserved our own downfall. Simple as. I'm not shocked. They knew it could happen but didn't want to take note of anything.

What was Agger doing for the goal? Had he stayed in line with the defense line he could have got a foot in from goal side and not been beaten so cheaply.

We were bad @ the back, we were poor going forward. 1-1 was the correct score sadly. You get what you deserve. Still a chance but maybe if we go out we can rest the boys a bit more and get on a decent run in the prem and the FA Cup

We payed 1.5M for Sotis, and I wish people would give him a chance. He will take a while to adapt.

When I watch Liverpool I look for two things:

1) 100% effort for 90 minutes
2) That the players realise they're wearing the red of Liverpool and that they'll fight for the club.

Tonight I saw that. Yes we fu**ed up at the end and yes we didn't take our chances when they fell to us. But we will get our fair share of luck later on in the season. These are tough times for Liverpool and everyone's entitled to be pissed off or whatever but those lads did the club proud tonight and you can't deny that. Yes they lost concentration at the end but when things aren't going for you, these things unfortuately go against you. On another day, Cris might have flicked it away from Lopez or Sotis might have got a touch.

As I said these times are very difficult but all you can do is "hold your head up high" and tonight we did that. I'm not going to going to bed later a happy man, but I'd say satisfied because I knew Liverpool Football Club fought tonight and that's something I haven't seen us do in this slump.

We all know his stance on our manager. I advise people to take no notice to the tit.

What a F***ing sucker punch eh.

Think the majority of the lads deserve credit for how they played tonight. Just goes to show though when you don't take your chances, you can easily be hit with a sucker punch.

And if Sotirios hadn't hit the deck then could have blocked it.

Lots of If's & And's but the fact is we were caught napping and were punished.

We had our chances to score in both halfs but couldn't take them and at the end of the day if you don't score enough then you wont win.

Thought we played a lot better than most of the season.

Considering the line up and the opposition and the situation - that was a very good showing.

Torres was way off the pace - he was walking whenever he could.  Such a shame to see.

Let's hope we pick ourselves up and we've got a semi-decent side to put out to wipe the floor with Birmingham. 

Voronin's finishing was sh*te, but it was noticeable that he was finding the positions to be in, whereas a clearly injured Torres wasn't.  Anyway, not too disheartened because the performance was much better.
