I'm loving the Brandon Flowers album at the moment, much better then i thought it would be.

Amazing album. Just listened to it all while sorting the flat, making tea, etc. Not a bad song on it.

If you like Arcade Fire, it's more of the epic usual you'll be used to. If you've never listened to them, get this and Neon Bible and witness your life change. Do it.

Well in Joey. Arcade Fire do something to me. Like an out-of-body experience whilst listening. They are F***ing incredible.

But you forgot to mention their first album, Funeral! Can't go without that!

Gave The Gaslight Anthem's latest album 'American Slang' a first listen pure quality builds on The 59 sound which i also really liked.

I've said it umpteen times already and I can say for certain, the new Superchunk is absolutely fantastic. easily my favorite record of the past few years.

They don't even have an article about them on wikipedia, only 68 followers on twitter too Great find, anyway.

Loved them up until the lead singer staged dived at Electric Picnic. When he got back on stage someone had taken his waistcoat and he refused to play until they handed the waistcoat back. Eventually after being persuaded by two big bouncers... I did so... Arse

You will Ross. Music is a fantastic journey mate, you're only starting out on that journey, you'll set aside wishy-washy indie music soon enough and discover other genres, other acts. When you do, you will come across KoL (possibly the biggest 'Rock' act in the world at the moment) in a new light.

Everyone has an off moment. He's actually a really decent fella - if you search on YouTube etc, the way he is with fans etc.
