Not a bad strike by Obafatty Martins there.

Is it immature of me to laugh whenever I hear the name Danny Shittu?

If Nigeria somehow get a draw out of this game they can thank their goalkeeper.

and i think Nigeria's goalkeeper Enyeama is worth keeping a eye on! if he keeps this up he could provdie good cover for Reina.

But when was the last time Reina didnt play? has he ever been injured? ;D

What's wrong with Messi today? Not like him to fluff such easy chances.

I always get him on FM, he's cheap and quality ;D Then I sell Cavalieri for a decent fee.

Messi's physically tired apparently, not in good shape and in need of a rest. At least that's what one of their physio's has said a few days ago, they don't expect him to recover from that this tournament.

If that's the case then he has played pretty well, hasn't he?

I know he didn't score but he had like 4-5 shots and a few of a his classic runs.

      MOTM: Enyeama.

Argentina created a lot of chances, but Enyeama made many great saves. On the other hand, their defense looked very vulnerable. Shame no Nigerian could hit the target :D so Romero didn't have much to do. Gutted about Heinze's goal cause it should of been disallowed, there was clearly a foul on the defender.

Nigeria really missed Martins and Peter Odiwingwe. They changed the game in the second half. Boring for Argentina to run down the clock with their lazy run-down-the-clock passing.

      Is Maradona on drugs?

Good shout out to the Nigerian keeper Victor Enyeama.

Could pretty much copy and paste what I said at half time. Higuian is so overrated! Milito shits all over him and could of been 4-0 if he played from the start.

Decent win, something to build on and show where they need to work.

:lmao: I just watched a video of a Brazilian comedy show called CQC in which one of their reporters went to Argentina in the day of their game vs Nigeria, went to a bar full of argentines watching it and used an universal remote control to turn the tv off everytime Argentina got near to scoring. Every single time :D It's hilarious, and then after the match he tells them it was him all the time so the argies ask him "are you Brazilian? Are you Brazilian? I knew it was a Brazilian!" hahaha. I thought it was a very funny idea.
