Good post mate, backing the manager should be a given. It is childish and pathetic reading some of the insults aimed at Roy. He's here and he's trying his best, whether that is good enough or not, he is trying his best. That's all i can ask for, that he tries his best, shame the players didn't adopt the same attitude.
