Good point.  We simply haven't got room in the team for people who like running forward with the ball at their feet.  F***ing liability - especially when the ball played backwards to Pepe is always the more simple option.

He will go IMO , not because he's homesick, he has been here for more than 3 years now,  so the homesick issue is b*llsh*t IMO,  what is the matter with the club, No place for a youngster  to be given a chance, not even on the bench

If he is sick of Roy he is in a club who's membership is getting bigger everyday.

As most of us expected, can't blame him, he's wasted at this club.

Even if it is true, is it that surprising? Roy has flat out lied to Dani. "Everyone has a fighting chance" my ass, the only players with a fighting chance is konchesky and poulsen because hodgson is too damn arrogant to think the players he brought in are worse than ones we have playing for the reserves. If Dani leaves I want an explanation of why he didn't get one meaningful game. (North Hampton doesn't count because the only reason it was meaningful was because we lost.)

I wouldn't as I want someone who can defend first and foremost anything else is a bonus. Johnson is a liability but perhaps that's for a different thread.

No such thing as full backs when you dont have out and out wingers. Wingbacks mean they have to be attacking players who can do some defending he always gets stick for his defensive work but he is not as bad as people make out.He covers for Carra often enough.
