After 3 wins on the bounce, 6 goals scored, a debut goal for a record signing, and a positive goal difference for what seems like the first time this season, I don't see why we should still be debating who was "sh*te" and who was good. The TEAM was good enough for the win, and that's all that should count! If there's one thing that the past week should have taught us, it's that the TEAM comes before individuals, be they hero-worshipped, blonde Spaniards or unfairly-criticized Brazilians and Dutchmen. If the team on the pitch is good enough for Kenny Dalglish and it wins games (as it is doing now), should we really be going through all the trouble of getting off the high only to start criticizing Lucas and Kuyt as usual?
(And while we're at it, I wonder whose assist it was that got Suarez on the scoresheet...)
(I also wonder whose pass completion stats were the best in the league last season...)
