2nd week running we have thrown away the lead. Chelsea wont lose their game and City will probably beat the Mancs so fallen 4 more points behind in 2 games, not F***ing good enough! Shouldn't have taken Bellamy off!

knee jerk reactions aside, i cannot believe we didn't win this. so many chances, so many shots on goal, woodwork 3 times, 2 outstanding saves from their keeper. we thoroughly deserved the 3 points and should have buried it.

i think we played brilliantly, but shows, if u don't take your chances, it's bullsh*t. only have ourselves to blame.

We played well and we deserved the 3 points. Heartbreaking that we didnt win but that's our own fault. no point in blaming the gods of luck or whatever. we underestimated the opponents and when they got the equaliser then our players got frustrated.
We are a good team, and going in the right direction but realisticly we arent good enough for the top four yet. Hopefully we can get into Uefa league spot.     

With this form we'd even struggle for the Championship title let alone premier league. So, Europa here we come.

All we need to do is learn to finish. Stoke, Sunderland, Man Utd and now Norwich have all been lucky not to lose heavily to us.

I think it was very poor from Dalglish today. We were getting stomped and he thinks Henderson is a gamechanger? I mean... our problem was we had absolutely no way to get the ball back, he should've subbed Gerrard or Adam and got Spearing in...

BTW I think I have never seen a game in which a team had FOUR different LW. Bellamy, then Downing, then Kuyt, then Enrique when Agger got LB. The hell?

And I think Carroll should've had a lot more game time.

Learned quite a few things from that match two of the most prominent things are.

Mud Sticks, The Ref never gave Suarez one decision even in cases when it was an obvious foul.

In fairness, if he'd got up and chased back after losing the ball we might have stood a chance of not conceding - but he just lay there.
That along with his lack of trracking back gave them an awful lot of room.

That said he didn't have too bad of a game, except with his defensive duties.

Ian Rush was once asked if he was letting a lack of goals bother him, he said it doesnt matter , if the chances dry up then he has a problem. Same with the reds today, fantastic football just really unlucky. Im really enjoying our team at the moment, think of where we were this time last year . The goals will come.

 

same F***ing old story

Another wasted game. Complete and utter waste. THIS is why the fans who think we are doing anything more then *fighting* for fourth are crazy. We can't finish chances so we drop points. We dominate a game but let the opposition back in with one moment of bad defense. It happened last week and here it is again.

I'm really upset with Kenny today. Carroll should have been in either from the start or much much much sooner. Kuyt was terrible today and we needed Carroll's head badly. Poor game management.

That was simply not F***ing good enough, not in a million F***ing years.

Maybe, i watched a different match, but dominating a match does not mean having more shots on target, or having more possesion...Norwich dominated the entire second half. Liverpool could not find the ball, and not one of our players could mark anyone. No, ABSOLUTELY NO stopping power in the midfield.
