Today I shall be drinking 3 types of IPA & various Ciders,Strongbow is out it's Cack!.

Found Asahi dry lager in the supermarket, tried it, and have developed quite a taste for it, so I'll be having a few of those later.

Duo Polis, a decent IPA and a bourbon chaser.

Had three bottles of bourbon before Xmas, had three after.

They are however three different bottles.

cutting back to just once a week, and trying to limit it to 1 or 2 bottles of red wine.

Amstel, 300ml bottles. New one for me and they fly down. Smaller than average bottles, 93 cals a bottle and I've just chinned 15 of the fuckers. Reckon I've lost weight today on these. Now ran out of them so scraping the barrel (cupboard) and drinking gin, tonic and a splash of Vimto. Diet ale innit?
