That's how you need to play Hendo.
Put himself about from the off.
      Well done Redmen.

The only difference between that Liverpool game and the rest at Anfield is ....

the different "sponsorship" on the shirt.

Maybe 'Seeing is Believing' will change our luck next season!

Can't see Chelsea winning in Munich so no Champions League for Torres next season. He'll be pining for a move to Man City now.  ;D

Very good way to respond to the FA Cup loss and the struggling form at home. Perspective needed as it was only the Chelsea reserves but a win as a win and we badly needed it.

Ivanovic, Terry, Essien, Ramirez, Malouda, Sturridge and Torres are hardly reserves mate and you can only beat what is in front of you :)

They were absolutely terrible. We were absolutely brilliant.

Undoubtedly the excuse will be that this was a weakened Chelsea team (in light of the Champion's League Final) but a win is a win.

We have played Chelsea 4 times this season... won 3 and lost 1. We all know that loss was unfortunate.

      Well done Reds!!

Carroll and Suarez are looking great together I was happy to see both play the full game. Shelvey put in a great performance, I rate him as our best young midfielder above Henderson and Spearing. I think this game also proved that Henderson is a central midfielder and should never play week in and week out down the right. Also got to mention that great save from Reina took stick for the goal on saturday, so he deserves the credit  tonight.

Love the man. If it is his last game I'll be sad. Hope he gets a start vs Swansea and ends his career with a hattrick. True legend.

Jonjo Shelvey was my man of the match. Ran that midfield tonight Gerrard style. Did more incisive passes in that first half than Hendo has done in the whole season. Great goal fantastic display from him. Perfect night great to see Sterling come on. He seems to be really on the same wavelength as Suarez too, nice to see them linking up.

I turned 23 today-- what a birthday gift! Thank you Liverpool!

Have to admit, in a lot of ways, and awesome as this win is, it only makes Saturday’s loss more painful. Chelsea’s errors and line-up differences aside, we all know Liverpool can boss games like this any day they want, and I wish we’d seen them play to their potential, with this energy and quality, for the full 90 on Saturday.

But hey, what fantastic win at home! Couldn’t be happier with the team’s performance.

Only Terry and Ramires would play in the UCL final if they were not suspended... the rest are squad players

Absolutely, and I'm happy for that. :)

Andy Carroll is a monster, he looks fit at last and really hungry. Euro 2012 could be huge for him. Well done Kenny and the lads great to bounce back with a real good display.

Impressed tonight for a number of reasons..

      Andy Carroll was superb..
      Luis Suarez was superb..
Jonjo and Henderson showed that they are both good enough to have a big say here going forward provided they keep improving..
Carra didn't give Torres a kick..
      Reina pulled off a worldy..

Kenny had the fans on side and showed what the game going fans feel..
The fans showed why we are the best by backing the lads for the entire game no matter what happened Saturday, and 90% stuck around after the game to say thank you..

Good win to finish the season.. I'm really pleased that we can use that as an example of what we can do going into the first game at Anfield next season.

Goodbye to Maxi, quite clear he is off with his reaction on leaving the pitch. Thanks for what you have done for the club.

After the last few weeks he does indeed deserve to have a place in the England squad.

One thing I can't understand is .. why did Chelsea rest their players?

Doesn't it make more sense to try to win tonight then rest players on Sunday when a win could have potentially give them a chance at 3rd?

Unless .. they are very well damn sure they will win the Champions League cause football is fixed xD
