The new BBC body-fat calculator can tell you if you are a healthy weight for your height and how you rank against others globally.
Using your age, sex, nationality, height and weight, it will come up with a number representing your Body Mass Index or BMI.
This is a measure doctors use to gauge obesity.
The app plots your BMI and shows how you compare to people from your own and other nations.

No, you would need to be dead to get that .

Pro bodybuilders can get their BMI down to about 3 or 4%, but its not sustainable long term. They essentially have to starve themselves to get there.

I felt like I was donating the chocolate to a good cause, . Well done on losing some weight too, great effort. When I was on steroids, I gained a stone cus they made me soooo freakening hungry, taking a while to lose it. They did give me a great 6 pack though .
