It was an outrageous freekick. It was far far easier to shoot to the goalkeepers right the way the wall was setup.

Does look like it took a deflection off his head but it's the way the ball swerved he is actually looking at it fly over his head.

Haha yeah as Fergie said getting a ball kicked at your head could kill someone, stunning free kick though. Knew exactly were he was putting it and the swerve on it is just unreal, keeper had no chance. Got to be up there with the best free kicks in Europe.

Nah there's no way that hit off his head. If it did it would have went away from goal, you can see the swerve on it at the last minute - that wouldn't have happened from a deflection.

In terms of quality then yes, the Zenit one.

However I went mental for his effort vs the bitters.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought, "well it has to be that zenit one with the high five".
