Freak.
At the age of 52 topped the distance covered charts, most sprints, most tackles.
Absolute machine is Milly.
Knows how to look after himself does Milly. No excesses about his lifestyle, the definition of a complete professional. As good, if not better, as he is today as he was 15-20 years ago. He's an example to the rest of the footballing world. I'm sure he, along with the likes of Ronaldo are proof that footballers can play till their mid to late 30s. It's just that many of them, with the aid of selfish coaches, completely wreck their bodies by time they're 30. Seems odd because in many other sports you only really start to enter your prime in your 30s.
A true Liverpool legend.
