I really cannot believe the timing of this so called 'transfer request'.  It smacks of agent greed to me, and I know Couts would love to join Barca, but he signed a five year contract in Jan/ feb, which his agent got a sizeable sum,  so now, he puts in a last payday (for him), because once he goes, he will never make money off him again.
