I’m hurting, my jaw and cheeks killing me with this permanent ear to ear grin.
Don’t need anything from the merchants tomorrow, but will be going in at 7:30 cos it’s loaded with citeh fans who I warned this could happen. They’d already decided they were the unbeatable all this season.
Bet there’s a few sickies in there tomorrow, can’t F***ing wait.

It was Mr captain's Dejan Lovren's missed header that gave the third goal away.
If that header was connected, we would not have conceded.

How many of us are sick and tired of him? ME! Yawn...

Na I'm not it was panicky by the whole team you can blame others at any point in the lead up to it.

Other than that he has been excellent the past couple of times he has played as has klavan.

He did well today, whether he is the answer long term we wait and see but let's not use him as a scapegoat for the sake of it.

Also, Klopp has now broken his rhythm of CL-Karius and PL-Mig multiple times in favor of Karius. So does he decide from game to game who to play from now on? Does Migs also get a chance in the CL now? If I am Migs I'd aleady had a fistfight with Klopp. I hope this goalie situation doesn't backfire.

Your one negative f**ker you are time and a place mate we've just beaten the league winners who no one have touched all year.

He was absolutely massive. People getting fooled in their judgement of his performance because he misplaced a handful of passes in the final third.

Brilliant performance by Wijnaldum, he's made for this kind of games and hasn't disappointed in a single big game he has played for us.
      So very true.

A few misplaced passes at the end does not change the fact that he was immense, throughout.

Gini was twinkletoes for the most, tackling well, distributing with lightning pace and didn’t panic.
He, Can, Ox and so pleasingly, Robertson, were immense and everyone put in a roaring shift.

I’m so very proud of the lads. We went toe to toe with the moneybags and looked far superior at times. That 8 minute spell of goals were breathtaking and the pace, frenetic.

I honestly felt like I had run 94 minutes with the boys as well. I feel exhausted but well worth it.
      Onward and upward.

The project is unfolding and I’m so bloody excited.

Ox: 1 goal and 1 assist
Firmino: 1 goal and 1 assist
Salah: 1 goal and 1 assist
      Mane: 1 goal

This is our new Fab 4 now lads  ;D ;D ;D

Like I said during the match: Phil is Pete Best.  Alex is Ringo. The Fab Four lives. So the new song should go:

      Salah
      Oh Mane Mane.
      And Roberto Firmonooooo
      And Alex Ox as Ringo....

      Lovren
2nd goal - decides to step forward to get Agureo but fails. Defence carved open and they scored.
3rd goal - steps forward but eventually gets back into position for the cross. Fails miserably to head the ball away.

Who still wants vulnerable Lovren in the team?

No but it does define you. That said for the first time today I'm impressed with Sterling - tweeting while in Andy Robertson's back pocket takes some skill

Great win really. My MoTM is AOC but I'm voted for Robertson :D
Like someone said above I too definitely want to see Klopp cement TAA at the right FB. His attacking support and shooting are more than enough to compensate the developing defensive side of his game. But I'm understand Klopp decided to play Gomez this game though.

Always going to be a massive test - with or without Cou.

Bit disjointed in the first half. We let them play thru us, didn't press enough and hit our own passes a bit to quickly. Gomez looked shaky for 60 minutes. Can't let quality players dictate, you have to pressure them. Debruyne was getting far to much space.

It carried on for the first 10 minutes of the second half but once we stepped up the pace we left them chasing shadows. When our blood is up we can take apart any team. Thru ball from Alex but I thought Bob wouldn't get it but he muscled Stone out of it and put in a little slider that crept in. Mane flapped at a couple but took one on and put in a precise left foot drive. Salah then chipped in to an empty net after a terrible clearance by Edison.

They came back at us and again Lovren wasn't great, but still we deserved the win with our spirit and drive. They are the best side in the league and to beat them was very important in the context of the moment.

What a fantastic game to watch and full credit to Pep, two managers who play the beautiful game the way it was meant. Compare them to that miserable f**ker at United!!

That second half apart from the last 10 mins we tore them a new one, carving them open at will and on another day we would have bagged another couple.

The midfield was immense today and even though he has had his critics Can today was everywhere, not sure why he went off but compare that plod Miner who was responsible for the second goal and then the stupid free kick at the end. Cant wait for Naby to arrive.
Ox is just getting better every game he plays I remember the stick he got after his first couple of games!

Apart from the error by Lovren for the third goal the CB's were very good, Gomez less so, at the moment he doesnt deserve to start ahead of TAA until he irons out his inability to judge the flight of a ball.

Robertson for me was MOTM Raheem is probably still having nightmares.

Karius should have saved the Sane goal but seeing as though we have seen that sort of thing consistently from Migs I think we should give him till the end of the season as No1

The front 3 well they no need to say how brilliant they are.

Missing this game today has pissed me off massively!  So much so that I'm considering selling my soul, and getting Sky Sports!
Ended up having to stick on 5 live on the radio just to hear what was happening due to sh*te streams.

Sounded like a cracker of a game. The first team to beat city in the league and and a message sent our to all our rivals. Get the F**k in Reds!
