you will see  a Liverpool team more motivated than ever before we were robbed in 2018 by Mo and Karius we will no doubt make it difficult but in the end we will win

f***in right mate we are mentality monsters not chokers like City hard game but we will not be moved.

Spot on mate. No doubt against this Madrid we will have to go to some really hard places to get a result, but our lads have shown ever since we lost to Madrid in 2018 we can win in all kinds of ways.

Losing that final was the best thing that could ever have happened to us because since then we have been relentless and hungrier than any team I’ve ever seen.

And the opportunity to put that final right will have our lads absolutely chomping at the bit

      Madrid bloodyhell.

All the way throughout this competition  they have rode their luck.

They must think their name is on the trophy and its up to us to prove them wrong.

As for City and Pep they have bottled it yet again!!!

We are now favourites but we are not the only mentality monsters in the final. They have lots of experience of winning this competition. and good youth. Incredible comebacks against psg, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

The final is at a neutral ground. Time for us to get our revenge from 2018.

      Let’s play some Pep bingo, he’s going to reference;

How wonderful and proud he is of his players ala Brendan
      Blowing up 8 seconds early
His record in Europe and a sarcastic comment about being judged on it
Referee giving decisions against his team in extra time

Can’t stop laughing at how they fu**ed this one up

Fact is clubs like Liverpool and Real Madrid actually have a history.  The fans have a connection with this trophy they have a belief they can reach finals - the players of each club probably see European Cups every time they go into training.  I honestly think it makes the difference that is required.

Should be a great final.  We're certainly better than we were in 2018.  Not sure how this Madrid side will compare with that one.

41 years and 1 day after we beat them in Paris.  1-1 in European Cup finals so this is the best out of three.

Fantastic to see City choking once more in a game that will deflate and weary them. Real are lucky to make it to the final and absent Ancelotti or Benzema  would be nowhere near it. Can't stand them or their arrogant, entitled support either. Pleased therefore that we have the chance and, Mo especially, to right some wrongs in Paris.

A lot of threat from Madrid comes from Vinicio's pace and him combining with Benzema.
Could Gomez be considered ahead of TAA?
Tbh though, can't see Jürgen not start Trent.

Read a comment from a Utd supporter that said we believe we "deserve" to be there, we feel "entitled" to win it. And he did mean it as a compliment.

We probably do, to be fair. And so does Real Madrid.

we are the best so yeah we deserve to be there our history alone is winning major titles. It has come from 62 years of hard work  from Dec 1959 when a certain Bill Shankly arrived we have strived to be a proper football club and do things the correct way and play football the right way. We have had people who have worked so hard Bill Shankly ,Bob Paisley, Joe Fagan. Reuben Bennet , Roy Evans, Gerrard Houlier, Kenny, Rafa, Jürgen all men of outstanding quality nothing plastic about them and they would walk away from anything like that so Jürgen is in very good company at the head of some exceptional men.  No  success has been bought it has all been earned sometimes in spite of outside influences but now can you believe what we could achieve this season it is truly mind blowing

It’s true. Problem clubs like City and PSG have is whilst they can throw money at it to get the trophy, there are a) other clubs that can also spend obscene amounts and b) clubs with far more history and a culture of winning.

City and PSG are so desperate for this trophy that it’s a complex and the other top clubs will sense that vulnerability until they manage to show they can win it. And the longer they go without winning it the bigger an issue it becomes within the fabric of their clubs. They know they have the capacity to F**k it up and so does everyone else, it’s a self fulfilling prophecy in the end.

      Absolutely love it

If we are 2 goals up going into injury time, get Gomez on for Trent  ;D

Can't stand Madrid, cheating cu*ts. Payback approaching.
