The thing is that there are actually positives to how we’ve played this season.

We have had more shots than any other team this season, we have hit the woodwork more than any other team. However we have missed way more big chances than any other team - we have missed 8 more big chances than the team in second place for that stat.

It is not true to say that we haven’t played well but our attacking players (Salah and Nunez especially) have been wasteful and this has hurt us. I mean, how on earth have we had more shots than Man City and yet we are out of the running for the top 4?
