      Daily Mail Stirring it!

We've had a good start to the season, undefeated in the league, so obviously the London press is getting twitchy:

Ranieri's future looks uncertain as Liverpool boss Benitez tops Juve wishlist
      By Sportsmail

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is a target for Serie A side Juventus.
Tuttosport says Benitez is on the shortlist of Juve's board as they consider coach Claudio Ranieri's future.

Benitez is joined in Juve's plans by Zenit St Petersburg coach Dick Advocaat and Roma's Luciano Spalletti.
Former Chelsea coach Ranieri, who recently received the dreaded vote of confidence, oversaw the promotion of Juventus from Serie B.
But the club currently sit 11th in Italy's top flight and had to scramble back from two goals down to earn a Champions League point at BATE

      Juventus !

It's a step down, plus the fact that Rafa is 100% happy at Liverpool. And why on earth would he want to be in Serie A with JOSE?!

daily mail is very bad even when it just comes to teh city of liverpool and its very anti-scouse biast so its no surprise that they want to rock our boat
it has some other good content. but its spoilt by this, also its a bit snotty nosed when it comes to football, it seems to want to concentrate on more upper crusty boring sports like rugby union....

I am sure Rafe is a top target for most of the clubs out there, it just shows the best wants to stay here, where dispite those two yanks he has job security.
Personally I can not stand the Mail, as its politics is, for me right wing, and always has a blame culture in it's journalistic slant.

I'm sure whenever a vacancy occurs at a top European Club, or any European Club for that matter, sh*te newspapers will link it with a move for Rafa.  He is, after all, one of the top if not the top manager in the world.  If he turned down Real Madrid who else is he going to accept?

      Nobody.

It's a crap paper. They don't seem to have any legitimate sources, so they just make stuff up.

Sounds a bit similar to another paper, bet you can't guess what it is! :P

If you want to read newsabout Liverpool you read the Echo. If you want to read fantasy you read Harry Potter I just don't see where the London press fits into this????;)

If it was true there would be a quote of some sort!!!!!

When things are quiet and we're performing well at Liverpool it always seems to be the London press that start these rumours!!!!!!!!!  :f_steam:

Rafa has 18 months left to run on his contract. Anything could happen in those 18 months, but I'm confident even the Yanks won't want to lose him.
