yeah... i think about that everyday :( It's just Manchester City were playing some delightful football and I'd love us to play that way, but I think we can agree that Silva > Henderson and quite possibly Gerrard at this stage of their carreers, they got Tevez thats a superb player and Aguero > Suarez (imho). So yeah money does buy happiness :D

Five European Cups, 18 League titles and some of the greatest players ever to grace any English football field, remind me again exactly who the F**k are Man City?

Wow, Dzeko and tevez and now Aguero and still only one FA Cup to show for it.

      Happiness, my arse.

City might have bagged some great player's but doesn't make them a great club.
They will be in utd's shadow for a long time yet they are manchester's everton with cash.

They still can't fill there ground even with Tevez, Aguero, Silva & the rest.
They have a small hard core of fans who always relished their underdog status.

Now that they are no longer underdogs they don't really know what to do. The Poznan won't
last long as they are serial losers that's really what they want.

Happiness to a true City blue is heroic failure & hating utd...

I think City will win the Premiership this season and think they will do very well in Europe, Mancini has gotten a balance to their side.

I dont think he will, he is a decent manager not top but decent and with the squad he has I'd even fancy Hodgson to win a league with them

      IS RIGHT

Lets see where they are after new year. Utd are the team to beat & they won't do
it under Mancini he's just not good enough.

Corbs, he's not PL winning manager material IMO. If it comes down to two teams and City being one of them i'll not be surprised to see him play with Dzeko up top and Milner on the wing just to play it safe and be able to go long ball.

I just fancy them this year Crouch, think they will slog it out with Utd but I just think there squad is to strong for him to f**k up.

I think  personally Silva and Aguero are the two that got away. Aguero nearly signing for us at 17 and Silva constantly linked and at one point looking like being on the verge of signing until Hicks and Gillette pulled the plug.

Guys you tend to react like f***in' fascists when someone start talking about other teams... I was just saying MC is playing some very good football and that I'd like us to play very good football too. I'm not saying i want LFC to become MC. They don't have our history, our passion, that I know, I never even started that subject.

They have very good players, what's the problem with that? I even rate some of their players above some of our players, is that prohibited?

And then, yes, happiness. Your team buy a player like Aguero who scores 6 goals in the first 4 league games (that's like 3 times what Caroll has done for us) you will TEND to be happy. I am not happy for MC or Aguero, I'm jelly :D.

BTW, I'm happy with the improvement in our squad, I'm not denying that, but we're still not playing the kind of football I'd like us to play.  I'd like to be happier for LFC's performances, that's all.

I hope I made my point clear!

Wonder if we ever had a chance at landing Aguero?

Love the guy and think he would have given us that extra class.

Happiness for a man city fan is to see their rival club crumble to ashes.
Money never buy happiness, it's just a ticket out of a f**king depression!
Money never buy success, it just kick start everything. Success comes when you spend your money wisely and have a great manager at helm. Man City is no more than a Real Madrid of PL but without history. Pre Florentino Perez and with Del Bosque in charge, Madrid was untouchable but look at them right now.

Only time will tell how good Carroll will be. Not everyone as gifted as Messi. Be patient.

Money won't buy success but it certainly helps, though! Once they offer high wages to any high profile player (Nasri, Aguero, Tevez and such), more will be willing to go there unless they really want to play football above anything else.

It bought Blackburn and Chelsea the Premier league and will inevitably buy City the league as well, I think money does buy success to be honest
