Don't know if any of you saw it but a few hours ago it was reported that Tommy Scott, frontman of Liverpool band Space had died.
Unfortunately the Liverpool Echo published a story about it - Radio Merseyside spoke about it - and even Liverpool FC commented about it on their Twitter account.
Oh dear.
It was, of course, a hoax - but it serves as a reminder that even three of our local organisations that we are supposed to trust are all as lazy and sloppy as that bunch down south.
