Dont think this needs much build up. However I would like to emphasise the need for Anfield to be bouncing up to 15 minutes before kick off. Singing and shouting in the Kop, Anny road Kemlyn and the main stand from start to finish. Give it everything like you were never going to see Liverpool again.

These c**ts will be coming with there Rafa chants there Stevie chants drown the bitters out dont let them be heard .  They will revel in the fact were out of the champions league and the title so shove it bak down there throats.

Come on reds honour and pride at stake for not just the players but us as well

Interesting little stat I found earlier.

The Form League (last 6 Premier League games)

Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool - all joint 1st on 14 points out of 18.

Us and Everton both have +7 GD but they've scored a couple more and conceded a couple more.

      Will be very interesting.

It's a shame we are not welcoming anyone back from injury such as Johnson, Benny or Torres.  But for me, actually quite imperative that Leiva plays. And Kyrgiakos in charge of marking that little sh*t head Cahill.

We've got a very tricky month in February so even if we were playing sh*t hot I'd doubt if it would be a perfect month, but it certainly would be a great start to continue our impressive recent record against the blueshite.

Everton won again today but looked pretty weak today and that lil star cahill can jump in the air.

I think we can bag the points hopefully be in the pub for this one

That line-up looks lovely. Plenty of direct passing with Aquilani playing in between Gerrard & Kuyt. Maxi & Riera will provide the width & composure.

Kuyt has improved greatly these past games. Maybe its not skill but he is playing with more heart. A few weeks ago I wouldnt consider him to be a good option for the starting XI but nowadays he aint that bad.

Winning this would be a high morale boost for us. Back-to-back consecutive EPL wins, then 7 games unbeaten in a row which has been unusual in this roller-coaster season. And of course it also gives a part - red or blue half of Merseyside the bragging rights. Game is also played at Anfield.

As you can see there are 3 incentives for us to win this game, its imperative to pick up points against a smaller side ;) if we were to cement our top four spot. Moreover the benefits of winning this would be a plenty, and it would act as a huge confidence lift for us entering the Arsenal game at the Emirates.

We need to pick up all 3 points, give them a spanking in front of our brilliant fans who have stuck through thick and thin. I would also gladly welcome a heroic welcome to the Shankly Gates for the Redmen, its so needed to help them through this difficult time. Only a valiant show of support from us can change things!!

We need to play a very hard game and break the bitters' spirit right from the start. The've lost Lescott and is somewhat vulnerable at the back. We need to boss the midfield, hence Masch and Maxi must start to stilffle that afro guy, don't give him an inch to move. They'll be lauching those high balls to that afro to knock it down to the path of their strikers. We also need to get someone to stick to that id**t cahill like a leach and we will be alright. We must cover both ends of the post when defending a corner.

We'll beat them if Sotis keeps an eye on Fillaini, this guy is a real danger in the air. Though, I don't agree with playing Skrtel if Agger is fit, his performance wasn't that good last time, Degen should have a chance. N'gog wasn't good so I am with benching him and playing Babel. I will go for this formation:
                    Reina

      Degen  Carra   Sotis    Insua

               Lucas   Masche

      Kuyt        Gerrard     Riera

                Babel

Bench: Diego, Agger, Darby, Aquilani, Maxi, Pacheco, N'gog

If we watch Cahill and Felliani from set pieces I can see another clean sheet and another three points.

      Darby Skrtel Sotis Insua
      Gerrard Masch Riera
                Aquilani
              Kuyt Pacheco

But I know that ^ won't happen, Carra won't be left out, Pacheco won't start let alone feature off the bench and Aquilani won't be played in his best position, also I would have put Aurelio at LB but he won't be anywhere to be seen for some reason, again.

Let's batter these. The Sky Sports experts are sat there talking about who's going to get 4th place, dickhead allardyce is saying everton could still catch us. They're 9 points behind us. We've had horrendous injuries and struggled with form. But they're not saying we could catch the mancs - who we're 9 points behind. F**kin hypocrites as usual. Let's send a message out.
