In some ways, it could work to our advantage that this game is on Monday and not Saturday/Sunday. It gives those who were away on International duty the chance to reurn and get back to training with the rest of the lads and therefore we will have a bit more time to focus on the task ahead. Plus, and touch wood this dosen't happen, if we do have any small injuries, then it will allow for more opportunities for a player to rest in order to be made available for the game.

They've just relayed the pitch so Aquilani might have a chance of starting this match  :D

yes wigan are known to let in a lot of goals. if the international players arent whacked out  we should be fine like to see torres get a hat trick. but in reality we have never scored a lot of goals away say 2-1 to the reds

Got four at Old Trafford. ;)

Tuesday morning 7am kick off over here. My day off. Already let the missus know she is getting the kids ready for school then dropping them off.  ;D  I'll be on the couch.

Come on you lads, a nice easy win would do me but since we don't like to do things easy, any win will do.

Last season we drew 1-1,we need to go one better this season and come away with a win.If we have the full squad available with the exception of Skrtel we should kill them.Torres is due a hat-trick and expect Pepe to be unbeatable now that his contract has been sorted.Go the MIGHTY REDS and make us proud.

I'm always a bit dubious about us conceding the odd goal due to 'zonal marking' and no-one on the posts for corners but we are getting better of late, so I've gone for 3-0 to us !

      Monday match. Argh! >:(
Why can't they keep it on the weekend?
I'd go for a 1-0 win to us, Kuyt to get the goal.

Lets have a quality 2-0 result with some young players getting a run out near the end... Just for once it would be great to have some quality football
and a comfortable win rather than grinding out the result.
