The approach from our point of view is simple, get our game going and less worry about theirs. They do not have enough attacking power to keep us pinned back. We simply need to stop that Hazard guy and the rest is history. The match at Lille was not great, but it was professional they had some chances but our defence was negating their pressure for most of it. I am not expecting a similar approach....This is Anfield!

I hope we rest Mascherano, we'll definitely need him for the Man U game. (If he's not 100% and that means risk of injury). I'd throw Gerrard in the middle and Benny behind Torres. Kuyt generally comes good on these European nights, still not looking forward to see him nor Lucas but one may have to play.

Does that team pretty much pick itself or is it just me? I'd quite like to see El Zhar be given a chance too but perhaps he's not quite ready.  If we get an early one and end up gettin a couple Pacheco should definitely get a good run out.
