He wont set the world alight but he's 10 times the player N'gog is and you are guaranteed a good shift out of him in every game. Would be a good player coming off the bench.
And it would be nice to have an Irish player in the squad again for us Paddy's, its been a while.

No where near good enough and as I said earlier have played against the lad, he is a poor mans Kevin Doyle who was getting booed by Reading fans at the start of last season

If this happens it is a joke.
Not worth half of the money touted.
I've played against Ste Gerrard and while he was easily the best player on the pitch I wouldn't have put him down for a future world class player so not sure if that means anything. I've also played on the same team as John Miles if anyone remembers him.

Nah Long is not good enough , i"d much prefer Doyle ,i can"t see it happen it looks like we could be stuck with the French powder puff for another while .
