The top two teams from each group and the four teams finishing 3rd who have amassed the most points will enter the knock-out stages. These will be played over one leg, with each winner progressing to the next round, culminating in the Final. There will also be a 3rd/4th place play-off.

We qualify, along with PSV, as the two best 3rd place finishers. 9 points.
Spurs, Chelsea and Marseille are all on 8 points. Not sure who goes through.

At 14, we have also score the most amount of goals of any club in the competition.

Didn't Sporting absolutely demolish us twice in last year's NextGen? We pinched Joao Carlos Teixeira as a result I'm fairly certain ;D

We haven't done well away from home but we could throw in our secret weapon and play Raheem.  It might do him the world of good to go back to the Academy for a game or two hun.

I hadn't even considered that. Would that be allowed? Like, is there some kind of rule that despite being of age, if you make so many senior appearances you can't play Next Gen?

Nope, it's all age related mate so he's still eligible.

      Sporting NextGen date confirmed
      11th Feb 2013 - Latest News

Liverpool will travel to Portugal and face Sporting Lisbon in the last 16 of the NextGen Series on Wednesday, February 20.

Kick-off is scheduled for 7pm and the tie has to be decided on the night.

Alex Inglethorpe's U19 side will be hoping to give a good account of themselves and look for revenge after two heavy defeats by Sporting Lisbon in the NextGen Series group stage last season.

it is great that the young lads are learning from teen years to travel to places like lisbon knowing they have to break down a good team as a unit. representing liverpool in games of this nature. if that discipline is instilled younger it can only be good.
