COuld be a vital goal that, but only if things change. Sturridge off Lucas on for me. Allen has been our weakest player but against the movement we need another man in there so he escapes being subbed unless Hendo also steps onto the field.

Shifted Coutinho central and he created 2 chances and took one.

He's a top class player and he's going to get better. So happy we have him.

Need to get Allen off. Surely. However i doubt it'll happen.

Wisdom and Lucas for Skrtel and Allen.

Got to be Hendo, Stevie and Lucas in our midfield. Would put them both on personally. Hendo's energy and pressing would do that midfield good.

Honestly the worst half of 2013! The 4-3-3 works if we have a strong DM to break up their play, it doesnt work if we just have to watch wave after wave of their MFs walk the ball forward to their front line!

The way i see it is, win the midfield battle and win the game. We are hoofing it because our defenders cant find players to pass it too and our attacking players are in our half defending. fix that issue and we can pass the ball around in their half and pressure their defence.

Brad Jones, I think he's the worst keeper I've ever seen for LFC, and yes, I'm aware there was nothing he could do about the free kick. He's all at sea and his distribution is shocking.

Johnson has been dire, at least as far as giving possession away, and so has Skrtel. Agger hasn't been brilliant either. Enrique has been the better of the four

Gerrard wasteful, trying to do too much again, but he's probably panicking in case Allen screws up.

Sturridge still looks a little unfit and Suarez has been frustrated all half. Some poor touches from Coutinho, but nice strike.

We're giving the ball away too easily, that's why we are under pressure so much. Sounds easy, but that's because it is. Stop giving the ball away

Its 2vs4 in midfield though so id take Sturridge & Allen off for Henderson and Lucas.

He had nothing to do with the goals, and he kept us in the game with a few saves. Think your criticism of him is very harsh.

Jesus Christ thank god for that goal at the end of the half. We've been terrible. Atleast one of Lucas or Henderson must come on. No idea why Lucas never started. I feel Rodgers underestimated them.

Typical game after a big win. Time to dig in and show some guts. Come on redmen.

Actually I've talked myself into taking Allen off for Hendo now but doubt BR will.

Sturridge and Allen off. Lucas and Hendo on. Midfield 3 of Lucas, Hendo and Gerrard will give us more control of the game and a platform to throw some punches back.

Their defence can be got at, we just need to win the battle to earn the right to get at it.
