Watching the game again, it's always good to be able to see it for the game without the anxiety of watching it live.

Still don't understand why Stevie got booked for the header with Fellaini, it's not like he went in elbows first it was a 50/50 ball that he won cleanly  ???

Warrior must have been delighted with the result yesterday. For the first time this season the away kit became marketable. Funny how a great result can make a terrible kit look good.

That Kit is AWFUL. When Gerrard was celebrating I think I had a minor seizure. The joy from the goal mixed with that shirt design short circuited my brain.

I love the boys and the club but that kit is truly horrendous.

Key Manchester United boardroom figures have now turned against "The Chosen One", as the prospect of the manager getting sacked has been properly raised for the first time, club sources have told ESPN

      The Sack ?

      Moyes ?

      NO !

      How many is that?

Every time we blitz someone we get their manager sacked ...
       ;D

      Anyway.
Can we get a Cardiff thread up?

Down to earth time. Refocus on next match and the next three points.
Change of manager there?  He was a Manc.

These fecking players are not playing for him.
We need to get rid of every single one of them before we can judge Moyes, honestly. We should now despise all players for the good of Moyes.

From the Sad Cafe Forum today.

      Good Plan ! ! !

We should start a petition to make sure Manure DO NOT SACK Moyes. While he is there we are sure of taking 6 points a season off the bas**rds

They cannot sack him, he's got 6 years, give him a 2 year extension to that, should be just long enough to get them in the Conference.
We all need to sign the 'Save Our Dave' campaign!
Seriously, could anyone ever in their wildest dreams have envisaged that our first real shot at the League for many a year, would be at the same time that Moyes is their manager and has led them to mid table obscurity. Their Season is totally over and even Everton will finish above them!
This really is the stuff dreams are made of, and I don't want it to end, we must Save Dave, it is our moral duty. The man is a Genius!!!!!!!!!!!
He is ' The Peoples Manager'.  :lmao:  :lmao:  :lmao:

It would be a terrible betrayal of the principles of a wonderful club should United sack Moyes. He was also personally chosen as his anointed successor by the most successful manager in their history.

What message does it give out if United become just like Chelsea or Spurs or City and fire the manager without really giving him a chance?

He needs and deserves more time. Even if next season sees them finish mid-table aswell, they have to be patient. And the season after that. And the next one.

I usually get anxious for these types of games Debs but after a few minutes it's the most relaxed I've every been when we've played the mancs.

There wasn't a doubt in my mind that we weren't going to win and as has been mentioned before it's the most comfortable we've looked against them in years.

Agree. Was a "when, not if" feeling.

And to me, we played at no better than 60% in attack. We were so wasteful. And still score three, and could of had 6+.

Rocked my Liverpool kit at uni. Me and about a hundred others :D party time reds!

Nor mine Si. To be honest: if Stevie had scored his missed pen, my prediction points would have been higher - such was my belief.

My nerves, as ever, jingled before this tie but more out of anticipation than angst. Hell slap it up the hoors.  ;D

First chance I've had to respond to Sundays emphatic piss take of the Munts,

I was too pissed to post after the match and to fu**ed to do anything yesterday,

But what a f***in win eh, watched again last night on my own and tbh it was just to easy,
Munts offered very little only granny shagger showed some will,

We played around 75% of our capabilities and as others have mentioned should have bagged 6 or 7,

I love the way BR can organise different set ups to suit whichever opponent we face, but not only that the lads look comfortable whichever set up they use,

I think we have in Brendan a very clever tactical genius with the potential to become one of the most successful British managers in history, that's a bold statement to make considering he has been our boss less than 2 years,

But that's the confidence I have in him, that's my belief in him, I think it's inevitable that we will see numbers 19,20,21,22......& 6,7,8....

For me this is just the start of an epic journey one which I hopefully won't see the end of, in Brendan Rogers we have a man who fits into the LFC physche like a hand in a glove, a perfect fit,

I can't wait to see our first of many trophies under him, will it be the premier league crown ?

      Why the F**k not !

I was feeling physically sick before the game Si but not because I thought we'd lose more because of the nasty, dirty tactics they'd employ.  I'd relaxed within the first few minutes as we were so in control but I wanted to watch again to see how each individual had played.

I went to the bookies yesterday to pick up some winnings for my brother and as I was queuing up I heard 3 or 4 United fans (I assumed in their 40's)talking about how Liverpool fans were apparently "disgraceful" for showing that '"The Chosen One" is a football genius' banner. So I went over to them, told them to grow up (with my Liverpool - Gerrard 8 shirt on) and happily showed them a picture of the banner on my phone :D :lmao:

The look on their faces were hilarious. They looked as clueless as Gollum does on the touchline every week.

Just watching the game back again. For the 4th time.

How the hell does that gobs***e Cleverley not go for almost knee-capping Joe Allen near the end? If Allen had been that way inclined as to dive to the ground then Cleverley would have gone. Dirty b***ard!
