Yes I agree but the players have to take some responsibility. Brendan didn't tell them to miss easy chances, to pass to the opposition (we seem to do that regularly every game), to not communicate with each other when going for the same ball etc. etc.

I agree about the team selection and tactics. My point was basically that the players are making sloppy mistakes too. A manager takes a large portion of the blame and rightly so but players are never innocent.

we just got schooled by CP...  their 2nd and third goals .... we're schoolboys playing with men.   Yet the team we had on the pitch cost tens and tens and tens of millions (if not over a hundred million) more to assemble.

We didn't look like we could seriously score again after their 2nd goal.  yet they pounced on every mistake we made and made us pay for it.
