The new stand will be FSG's parting gift to Liverpool I suspect.

It certainly makes the chances of them making a nice profit on us look more likely.

I don't either - however I wish this was the case... I think they will go with the Annie Road end, and expand without the big corporate element. NESV, for all of their mishaps with transfers do seem to look after their fans with regards to stadia. Fenway is a great example of this, they did a massive expansion for the 'rich kids' but also helped with low cost seating for us plebs!

Its looking good. I had chance of working on the job, but would mean commuting from Glasgow to Liverpool, and I get my kids every weekend and some midweek nights too. so not practical. :-(

Be grateful you never mate, Carillion are cu*ts. Brother's best mate is working on it and he's had nothing good to say about those in charge.

When I went the Villa game there was a lad speaking to his mate outside the ground looking at the new stand saying how it was daft because the people at the bottom of the new stand wouldn't be able to see because the old stand was in the way.

I sh*t you not. It was probably the day after that he got the Anfield Tour guide job.
