everyone on the face of this earth who follows football knows a great team or even a good team needs a good spine and that starts with the goalkeeper and he just scares the sh*t out of his team mates. Some slagged of Joe Hart I would take him in a heart beat compared to this lad and to think we fu**ed of Pepe for him

F***ing hell, I'd take Joe Hart in a heartbeat over this clown. Can't quite believe how some think he is on a level similar to Mignolet.

And the big question remains - who the f**k scouted Mignolet and are they still at the club? To think that Liverpool FC are employing people of such standards is frightening.

Not too sure they've been ignored.  We have brought in a keeper and we have got Matip in and Gomez and Sakho out injured.

3 points from these two games is about what I was expecting - just the other way round - but then you know the way we do things.

10 points from the opening 5 please.

and how many of those named are really going to be title winning players? mediocrity has become our norm.

Maybe need a "none of the above" option for M.O.T.M.

That's the problem mate ,how many in our current  team would you call out & out fighters, ( not many ) How many like doing the dirty stuff ,getting stuck in with tackles, there are lot of players in our squad who are more interested in fixing there f**king hair than getting mud on there kit.

Can't say it any better. that's the very reason Klopp needs to be ruthless and dump at least 2 players before the close of the transfer window to stamp his authority, otherwise, we'll be heading nowhere. And players could just be thinking, well, it's ok to have a bad game and keep my hairstyle, just have to stand klopp's ramblings after the match. Not for me I'll start selling at least 2 of the midfielders today.

Having said all this I fully expect us to beat Spurs next week, but Klopp and his team need to work out a way of beating teams like Burnley and fast, perhaps get some outside consultation if they can't figure it out themselves, perhaps Carra could help, or someone like that, serious point.

we had a week to prepare for this on the back of a good win so they should have been confident and just heard we had 80% possession 26 attempts just 6 on target  yet conceded 2 from 3 on target. This is just not good enough end of story

Burnley were comfortable at the end, that should be ringing alarm bells. Not being funny but if Hodgeson was on the bench we would all be saying the manager was clueless and no tactics or idea how to break down a defence today.

Go figure it out Mr Klopp and quickly. Burnley will not be the only team to use this tactic and we seemed very naive.

Klopp needs to change this team up against Spurs or they will smash us.

I would bring Matip, Grujic, Can and Origi in to the starting line up and pray to god Mane is fit.
      IF not Mane, then Ojo

I'm sorry but Jürgen got it wrong

Replace mane with Sturridge but the team had no width.

Only one decent cross all game.

We need a real DM, a left back and a left winger.

Should have player either origi on the left or markovic on the right. It was so easy to defend against. Easy to cut off 'late runners' from midfield. Smh

Milner left back was so pointless.

I know we love to blame individual players around here but the set up is wrong. We are bound by our rigid system.

If we don't have the players to play 4-3-3 then change it. Otherwise BUY THE PLAYERS FOR THE RIGID SYSTEM YOU PREFER TO PLAY!

People are gonna blame Hendo, Gini, Sturridge etc etc because they don't want to blame klopp. But the writing was on the wall from an inconsistent preseason and not making crucial signings to play in a 4-3-3

Handerson was so poor,  had no vision at all, pass backward so often, simple short pass that did nothing at all, and he always think that his teammates would move backward....

This is painful... I need our next game..

I seem to remember a young lad called Jon Flanagan playing left back and scoring at Spurs and a young lad called Brad Smith who had a wonderful left foot and we let them go and play Milner at left back something has to be going on here.

As to how hendo gets into this club and becomes and remains the captain, to this day I still can't figure out unless he's somewhat related to that someone in the club.

Yes Brad Smith even though a bit raw but he has more guts than Firminho, hendo and wij put together. And why did we let Jon go, I'm beginning to question Klopp's judgement. Putting Milner at left back and not Jon, this is sick.

Surely  Matip needs to start Klavan out of position for BOTH goals and the attempts at tackling Gray by him and Lovren were laughable. The midfield is as toothless a midfield I've seen Wijaldnum looks seriously out of his depth or wrong position. Grucic got to be given a chance with  Can. If we do not add a LB and holding midfielder we are in serious trouble . Why not wingers also we need against these teams someone who can go past full backs Manea apart or Ojo it's just not there
