Thought Mignolet was prime for dropping but I don't watch Karius in training every day so who knows.  Maybe he's not looking too sharp.  Anyway - with my outside knowledge I probably would have dropped Mignolet.

With regards to Klavan being on the bench - fair enough.  If he's been ill then he isn't injured and he is just not 100% fit for 90 minutes.  Saying he should either be in the team or not on the squad is a ludicrous statement to make.

Not sure what's happened to Gomez - although I don't think he was stunning in those cup games so again - can see why we're stuck with Lucas.

Apart from that - Can out and Wijnaldum in seems to be what most people wanted.  Come on redmen - let's try and put a performance in for the first time in 2017.

And he is right,none are prepared to get into the oppositions faces,no aggression & no one to get stuck in.

A squad that has to play lucas at CB againt Spurs in the league is one that is really weak.

It really could cost us 3 more points.

Klavan if he is fit or not would probably not dislodge Lucas, which makes the squad weaker still.

Davies for them is a big downgrade on Rose however.

Somehow we have to find a way to win, but we won't come up against many tougher teams than this lot.
