You can b*tch as long as you want. Milner wasn't looking out the goalie and look to where he shot! If the keeper changes the side he'd have had the ball. Textbook bs penalty.

      Whatty what what?!

      Eh, pardon?

Am I missing something, unlike James?

Watch it again, he opens up his body like he is going to push it keepers left and then as the keeper bites he wraps his foot around the ball and straightens up with the keeper stranded.

It was a great pen. This boy has no idea what he’s talking about.

i think he kicked it down the middle because keeper went down early.

I checked the replay and Milner didn't look up, so he didn't see the keeper early to decide his side. That's why I say it was a poor kick, because he couldn't be sure the keeper was not in the other corner.

What did Karius do wrong? It's virtually impossible to save shots like the conceded goal.

Nothing. He did move slightly to other direction and after that mission impossible.

it's not that simple to say as long as it was a goal. Everton keeper was rubbish. I do think that VVD should be taking over as penalty taker, as well as free kicks.

Seen worse oennos though, at least he hit the target.

we won 2-1...he scored one of them 2 goals...and you're moaning? The aim of the game is to get the ball in the opponents net, you know that right?

to be fair on him, everyone did, even VVD was caught on the counter attack.

Virgil was up for the corner and still got back to be in from of Sigurdsson when he got the shot off.
      Midfield was dire tonight.

Thought Can has his head elsewhere, couldn’t give a toss defensively, Milner too laboured and not moving the ball or himself quick enough. Lallana showed some quality but not yet up to strength.
Everyone else trying their best but the set up was a bit imbalanced with the two cart horses in the middle.
Ox couldn’t quite get it right, but never stopped trying or running. Mane just a bit off form from what were used to seeing. Firmino never failing to have a go and lift every one with his effort.
Karius was Karius, but the back 4, apart from getting caught out once, were reasonably solid.
VVD getting the goal of schoolboy dreams, played out between the jumpers as goal posts, but voted Robertson motm. Never stoppped running all night, and if you go to his house tonight, you’ll see a little fella called Bolasie sitting on his mantle piece 😊

How's your peripheral vision? Going to take a guess it's not that good or, at the very least, poorer than Milner's.
