I thought Elliott did same by leaving his foot to drag against us. Thought Saka was even more of a penalty. Cant work out VAR anymore if my life depended on it.  :f_doh:

Nothing of the sort. Elliott may have left his leg but why should he have to hurdle a ridiculous challenge like that? Clear penalty.

As for Saka, he literally kicks at the goalkeeper in a motion that was away from the ball to make contact. No penalty.

Glasgow Rangers sang it a good year before we did.
About a dozen teams in EFL sing it and Villa have the 1982 version.

      It's was Napoli's song

It depends on their contract situation, what their place in the team is and if you can get a good offer for them to get a better replacement in for the long term.

Take Milner or Endo for example, you won't get people talking about selling them....same with Ali and Virg given their importance. Don't think anyone was calling for Sadio to be sold despite being 30 and showing signs of decline.

Fabinho on the other hand, it made sense.

People were freaking out about Endo. People were saying in the summer that Virg was in 'Decline' and we need to sign Levi Colwill as his replacement. People accept different rules for goalkeepers.

Always hear about goalkeepers making themselves 'big'. In his case he always makes himself look small

Hahaha flicking between the two games here, goals in both games and games swinging from one side to another.

Obviously not the force they were, though not helped tonight by a shocking referee.

Araujo red completely changed the game

Not sure there was a huge amount of contact in it to be honest

Kinda want them to stay in so they play more games but I just can't help having a stronger feeling for wanting them to crash out... would another game here or there really bother them with their squad? or would the mental damage of crashing out do more damage to them in the run in?

Bellingham is so smooth. He’s literally got 3 or 4 City defenders around him almost every time he has the ball and he almost always comes out with it.
