Bournemouth had their chances 2nd half, some good saves from Ali, and a miss or two to keep them to 1.

Thought Dom played well 2nd half when down to 10 men, looked composed and wasn't afraid to be on the ball and make things happen.

Thought Endo did OK coming on so soon after the transfer, Elliot not so much thought he buzzed about without much effect.

Nunez again getting very little time, hard to make out what's happening there. Presume he's 5th choice out of the front 5 right now.

TAA and Diaz seemed to have knocks when going off, and MacAllister will miss a few games with the red card - not ideal going into Newcastle next week.

But for today, decent win, important to get the 3 points.

Well with Mac out for next 3 games our hand might be forced to expedite a midfield signing.

Unfortunate with the Red (i don't think it will be rescinded because the foot was high) but we actually played better with 10 incredibly. Mac will be a miss for our next game though, wish it wasn't Newcastle. Szobo looks like a cracking buy doesn't he?!? Really impressive. We looked instantly more comfortable with a proper four at the back after the sending off. Trent stayed at RB and suddenly Robbo looked much more comfortable. Tough one for Endo to come in for with us down to 10. He had a tidy debut but got knocked off the ball early on and nearly cost us a goal. I do hope another middie is coming because it's a big risk if he is the only one, he's quite diminutive and may take some time to adjust to a quicker ore physical league. Great start to the season for Diaz and it was great to see all 3 forwards get a goal.

Yup, its a red card for what the ref seems to have deemed like ''dangerous play'' which means 3 games off. Very unfortunate.

I thought our passing was poor throughout the game. Once again caught fanny-ing around with the ball around our box for their goal. Ali almost caught again when he got booked. Macca a bit unlucky with the red. It was high and probably technically a red but there will be zero consistency for similar tackles (as we saw last week when the chav only got a yellow) over the season. We lack urgency at times. We need massive improvement. Just my opinion though.

Been raving about Big Dom since we got him and definitely looks a player. Would definitely need to see the red card again, can only presume it's for studs showing.

Reverse of last week with imo us looking poor for the first 25/30 mins. Once we scored we looked the better team, even with 10 men.

Red was a poor decision. Genuine attempt to win the ball in a 50/50. Alex didn't go over the top, if anything his boot sort of slid off the B'Mouth players boot. Wasn't surprised though.

Dom did well as did Diaz. Diaz causes trouble when he comes inside. Like to see him and Nunez interchanging positions. Tidy win but giving them a goal start not good.
