Good to see Endo get a start. Cody in for Nunez. Start on the front foot, high intensity.

Surprised Jones and Elliot not starting, maybe the hope is to blow them away and make early changes.

Happy to see Gakpo and Endo starting, as well as Gary playing more advanced. Not surprised Gomez is in at LB but thought Diaz may have dropped to the bench with Nunez or Gakpo occupying the left wing. Diaz is a more natural fit in that position though.

Joe in a LB so looks like 3-4-3. Lets see if they can exploit the space down our right side. Trent will be out of position in the 'inverted' role a lot of the time.

I like that midfield. It will surely bring the best out of MacAllister....
