Bradley defended like a child today. Take him out of need be

He should of started in all honesty, he was no worse than Gomez in the first half of the game.

I thought our attitude when 2-1 up in the latter half of the second half was very poor. We were overconfident and sloppy. You simply cannot keep giving the ball away like we did and expect anything from a football match. Almost everything they got today, was because we kept giving the ball away.

Salah scored but gave the ball away so many times it's criminal. Just go back and rewatch.

Not having a go at Nunez (who looked knackered to me) and Elliot, they've been great for us, but:

Nunez gave the ball away which led to the 3rd goal and Elliot losing possession led to the 4th goal

Gakpo was poor today. I don't think he's up to it.

We let them off the hook time and time again.

Anyway, my master plan is working. Lose to them in the cup, they get over-confident in the league, whereas we are now out for blood.

We shouldn’t let the fact Klopp is off change the fact that this is still very much a team in transition. There will be mad games like these, the Arsenal away game, Luton away etc just like there were early when Klopp was here.

We were exposed today, some individuals looking a bit out of their depth and some poor game management.

Still plenty to play for though!

Thought Gakpo was awful when he came on.

Honestly thought he should have actually reversed passed it through to Nunez when we had the players running in on them.

Strange playing such a strong side earlier in the week (and some for 90 minutes I believe) then asking them to have the same sharpness and intensity again a couple days later. Didn’t seem like the players respected the opponent or the manager, starting to believe our own hype a little too much so maybe in that sense this will be the kick in the ass they need for the run in.

It sucks to lose to a bunch of tragedy chanting, degenerate fuckwits, but it is what it is. On to the next game.

The pass was clearly to Nunez and just completely bolloxed it up needed a cool head

Mo of 2 years ago would've scored 2/3 but now just doesn't take players on. Can cut in but his shots just lack venom. Obviously not fully up to speed. His experience will always get him goal but his sh*t or glory dashes are becoming a rarity.

Utter F***ing sh*te that. Utterly embarrassing the way we fu**ed around in that 2nd half.
Also someone needs to get a grip of Gakpo. Honestly fed up of watching him play like a child. It’s pathetic.

Just heard the draw, obviously no complaints. Like I said sad as it is, it was our Cup final against our biggest rivals in football so impossible to complain. Lost my voice some what but it’s lifted me up immensely. 🙂

The noisy neighbours will still win it and you’ll life the Europa Cup so still won’t be a great season. With a bit of luck I’ll get it wrong. 😂

Remember it and ensure we at least use the disappointment to fuel.the fire for the league game.
