Im depressed to bits!! I should be sat in a pub in Liverpool surrounded by fellow reds getting ready to watch our team in the champions league final. Instead im at home listening to utd this utd that chelsea this chelsea that. Its wrong 

Switch the telly off Brian, its too depressing, makes me laugh though, did you see the fans in Red Square ?  You wouldnt think there was a CL final tonight, it looks as miserable as sin, if it were the Mighty Reds, then Red Square would literally be RED SQUARE, there's not a flag or banner to be seen - miserable fuckers they don't know how to enjoy themselves or support their team, a waste of a Final in my eyes .

Just sat and watched fifteen minutes of build up comprising ten on Granada and five on Sky and to be honest i already feel like the fella who's been asked "do you want to die by poisoning or hanging!". In fifteen minutes we have had all the old cliches dragged out, how the Mancs are going to win it for the babes and George Bests liver and Chelsea who according to Joe Cole "will be made up if we win it but not too disappointed if we lose as it will be a transition season!"

Things are now that bad that I'm typing this whilst my daughter has Hollyoaks on the telly! i didn't realise when we lost to Chelsea how hard tonight would be i did console myself at the time with "at least we dont run the risk of losing to the Mancs" but to be honest i want to run the risk as sitting watching someone else in the final is ten times worse.

For the record i went for a Baron Greenback win as no matter how obnoxious Chelsea and their  Johnny come lately support are it is slightly more acceptable than having to watch Taggart get Sainted for lifting his second European cup when Bob Paisley barely got a handshake from a corgi for his three!

From what Ive heard Smiggs a lot of our blue brothers are out tonight hoping for a Manc win so they can catch up our record a bit more!!... theres bitter and then theres bluenoses!

Radio Merseyside said there's a bar in Formby showing 2005 final on a big screen instead, that would have done me, shut my eyes and wait for it all to go away!
