Lots of things boss about yesterday.

Being a part of that march, well done to everyone from SOS who organised it and hopefully one day soon we will have victory against them two nuggets.

Every player in the team doing their bit, the crowd making plenty of noise and creating an atmosphere that really put the fear of god into Utd.

The celebrations for both goals, heven't celebrated like that in a while.

All the young and not so young lads enjoying a good-old sing-song in the Cabbage, including loads of bouncing for the Torres song.

      Indeed!! Ya c**t.  ;)

Bouncing in the Cabbage was F***ing boss. And singing Poor Scouser Tommy in town (on our own) was superb.

As Alan Hansen said on BBC i think, "Vidic is scared stiff of Torres"

Exactly right that. They did an analysis of his game against him and he really just had no way of closing him except for knocking him down. F***ing sh*te he is, hope he goes for his 4th red when we play them at old toilet. If he gets a game :D

Brilliant result, and for once some sense came out of Fergies mouth when he said Liverpool were the better team and deserved to win,if we can show that kind of commitment and passion in every game,we will be in the mix come May.

Heres a quote from a manc from over red cafe

      Quote
      WeasteDevil

      The trouble with Torres

Is that we should have signed the f**ker. There was a lot of threads about it at the time, and a lot of doubters of his talent. I was a supporter of his transfer. It's quite clear now and totally beyond doubt that we should have placed a massive offer for that boy at the time. He's one of the only strikers in the world that adds a totally extra dimension, not to mention making our central defensive partnership look like goons on more than one occasion.

I was going to write a long considered piece on this, but then couldn't be arsed because of the mood I'm in, so that's all you are getting.

Obviously holds our Nando in high regards and rightly so.

      Quote
      Boss

I thought he was outstanding , dribbling, closing down, and a well taken goal. He doesn't hide in these big games and gives more than 100% for his team. It's rare a striker mixes so much quality with team etchic aswell. The lad is a fighter which is what makes him special in my opinion,he's always getting stuck in some way or another.

Bless they are  starting a mutual Torres appreciation society over on RedCafe, I think we should follow suit and start one for Rooney (Shrek) & Berbatov (Donkey) as I thought they were brilliant in Shrek 1,2 & 3

Yossi Benayoun was Liverpool's best performer in our thrilling 2-0 win over Manchester United, according to fans who voted in our online poll.
The Israeli capped a scintillating display with an assist for Fernando Torres' opener and picked up the prize with 28 per cent per cent of the vote.

El Nino was second with 23 per cent while Lucas Leiva was third with 19 per cent.

Jamie Carragher got the nod for the Liverpoolfc.tv journalists' man of the match award.

Last term, Steven Gerrard was the clear winner with 16 MOTM awards, followed by Fernando Torres and Xabi Alonso on seven a piece.

I've been dodgy myself today! Sound like a poor Barry White impression. Didn't impress the ladies though. They all just kept saying 'what?' ;D

To answer Keith 'Simpleton' Singleton's question - No, I wasn't happy with the ref. He gave united every free kick they asked for in the last 15 minutes, with most of them being around our box for nothing like fouls. I accept some of them were, but a lot of them weren't. Then he hands 5 minutes of injury time and plays 7. Where did he get that from? The touchline perhaps? With his cards he was pretty consistent. I'd said to the lad next to me in the first half that vidic getting sent off was bound to happen as he doesn't seem able to stay on the pitch against us. But Masch went aswell, and I say fair do's, he dived in when he was on a yellow.

But all in all, who cares? We stuffed you. Again.

What a wonderful, wonderful day yesterday was.

To start it off bouncing towards Anfield with a crowd of Reds to try and convince those Yank C*nts to f*ck off was an absolute pleasure. I reckon we should do it every match before we all pile into Anfield until they're gone. ;) And then carry on the tradition because it's a f*cking grin! ;D

The match was amazing. To stand on the Kop and witness a match like this was a privilege I will never take for granted. My ticket was on my bill, away from my mates I went to Anfield with, but as Redkenny so very very eloquently put it, 'You're never alone on the Kop.'

      YNWA Redmen! Thank you.

Funny that Carragher's tackle on Carrick is even in question. What about Fletcher's tackle on Arshavin?
