Barca gone 7 points clear this weekend. Madrid lost 1-0 away to Osensua.

Sergio Garcia having some game now for Espanyol...

      Osasuna 1-0 Real Madrid.

Surely with all the money they have spent, that's an unacceptable result?

As someone on Twitter said, this proves the manager isn't the issue. Also a big blow for the president at Madrid, with all his managerial changes. By bringing in someone so coveted in his ability to win like Mourinho, he was basically going all in. No more dicking around, he wants the title and Mourinho was seen worldwide as the best bet, no one is better, blah blah blah.

Well thats backfired. Barca again look almost invincible, Madrid look disjointed. The end of the season and the manager situation there will be greatly intriguing if this form continues.

If they had of kept him they would also be invincible like Barca this season.

I just read that Tottenham offered Villareal 35 mio pounds for Rossi on deadline day...

Did I miss something here? Did this guy turn world class without me noticing? I know we just paid the same for Carroll, but English players are always more expensive and still most people agree that it was much money for him and only because it was a rather desperate situation with Judas the 2nd's departure.

Saw the Spanish League pundits claiming Real Madrid are not the same team without Alonso. They lose direction creatively. Made sense watching the game highlights. Laughed out load. How familiar does that sound. Seems both teams built their system around him.

Haha, Masch certainly won't last much longer at Barcelona... he has no place in their team. He's only useful in defence, but Barca is attacking 80% of the time, and his passing is nowhere near as good as their other midfielders.

Barça currently losing 1-0 to Sporting.

Masch actually played a full 90mins tonight. Paco Ayesteran is on analysis, he reckons he'll start in midfield vs Arsenal.

Athletico v Villareal next up, should be a good one :)

I'll probably be going for Atletico in this one..

1-0 Atletico. Reyes with an absolute belter from a few yards outside the box.

Apparently, Jose Mourinho 'threatened' to dropped Iker Casillas to make it easier for Barcelona to win the league.

All because he's unhappy with the fixture schedule.

Madrid just aren't good enough to win the league and are trying to justify failing having spent all that money. Barca destroyed them in the way that Madrid once dominated teams in the real "Galactico" era.
