Updated the league table after Cardiff game.

If anyone can figure out who was the manager of the month for October for me then that would be grand (otherwise I'll do it - probably on Sunday).

I can see a few people on 7 points so goal difference will be the clincher.  (Unless somebody got it in less than 5 predictions!)
