If we turn Fulham over on Weds then I actually think a lot of the players will start to think we can win the league too.
if we win all our remaining games we will. Including Chelsea.

Wow...  Arsenal fans are tools. 65 page thread on LFC vs arsenal match thread, and not a single post saying that we played well or we deserved the win.
When we lose, we moan but at least we give credit to the opponents, and say that they deserved it. What a bunch of wankers

Not being funny, but who gives a F**k about them.

Their fans thought they were going to turn up and roll us over.
They'd be the same part time useless fuckers that left at half time, the wankers.

The time the team needs them most and they F**k off home instead.

Having said that, the ones that stayed were good, and gave us a clap at the end.

Well, BR and the boys seriously silenced the critics with that performance!!  I was skeptical of the team selection as I thought we would get overrun in midfield.  As it was, we outclassed them all over the pitch and put in one of the best shifts I've ever seen from our team!!

Coutinho was superb on both sides of the ball, and would have won my vote for MOTM if not for Sterling's world class performance.  He ran at defenders, jinked in and out, scored goals, created chances, tracked back, hurried and harried.... it was a spectacular performance from young Raheem!!

We had a similar result against Everton the other week, and then dropped the ball against WBA.  We need to follow up this result with another win against Fulham.  Onwards and upwards!!

Best performance this season and I said we'd make Arsenal look like; the average team they truly are. I commend all faithfully positive people on here for not giving a F**k and believing in our team.
All others, wow! what a great result ey!
We destroyed these over hyped mother fuckers.

reading a lot of people saying that the first 20 minutes was the best football they had ever seen from any side. Would many of you agree?

I would say so. Seen many descriptions but I think blizkrieg describes it best. Complete and utter nihilation. The media and the Arsenal fans will say the men from London were sh*te - fact is we stunned them and put them to sword after it. When you take a lead that early in the match as we did, it's all about how you react to it and whether you can consolidate it. Liverpool did that in the most devastating fashion I have seen.

The first twenty, or less, minutes were the best any team have produced, this season; or many other seasons.

I'd say so, yes. Certainly the best 20 minutes of Liverpool football in the Permiership era. I know Sterling was impressive and the obvious choice for a lot of people for MOTM but for me, it has to be Skrtel. The guy was a giant today. Not just with two goals but his defending was world class and he didn't put a foot wrong all match. That said, that's only because Brendan Rodgers isn't on the vote because really, he gets MOTM in my book.

Well I got home from the match and was able to watch final score.

What did the idiot pundits have to say about out win?  Arsenal didn't play well.

I remember when all you got at Anfield was a cup of tea and and away teams feared our visits.  Back then we went to Spurs and were expected to win easily.  We didn't.  Spurs worked incredibly hard, closed us down and got the result.  They said then Liverpool didn't play well.

It was not true,  Spurs didn't allow us to play just as today we didn't allow Arsenal to play.  We totally outplayed them and performed brilliantly all over the field for the full ninety minutes.

All we need now is to stuff Fulham and get some momentum going.

      I'm grumpy.

My mates virgin media log on refused to work streaming BT sport.

Progressively less happy when adobe tells me it needs updating and is not compatible with my laptop.

Getting a little peed off now when people start texting saying we are awesome /best ever.

Fuming further now as a family crisis occurring that further prevents my tech fiddling.

Steaming with rage by the time the free stream sites try to install buggery whatsits on my pc(now 75 mins in) causing me to reboot and convince stupid computer I do not want Russian dates!

I watched the ten uneventful minutes being played out, damn I've got one on me!.

Now impatiently waiting for match of the day!!!!  ahhhh

Can i have the same next week please :-)

I really did drop my Bacon sarnie watching that..
Me and my two sons sat kitted out in red in our kitchen with our jaws wide open in awe at that first half display..my God how good does that win feel !!..
Brendan got it absolutely spot on today and as the weeks roll by i'm convinced he IS the man to take this club back where we belong. His man to man management is up there with the best in the world right now..
To motivate those young lads out there today against the swagger of top of the League Arsenal was a master stroke.. you tend to forget the age of some of those lads and they we're up against world class opposition today.. I mean that 40 million pound Ozil was utter sh*te !!, Wilshere spat the dummy out after qtr of an hour and played like a w**ker, Carzola or whatever his name is was sh*t as well..even the German national captain played like a lanky schoolboy with sleep in his eyes..
Just a quick mention about Aly Cissohko..It's taken me a while now to adjust to his playing style(often very frustrated) and I can see his confidence has grown and grown with each game he's been played.. He is an out and out defender and he'll put in shift for you...I'm sure he gets a nose bleed if he crosses the half way line ;D.. reminds me of Joey Jones...that cushioned header in to Luis path in the first half today was class..
Every Red shirt bled Liverpool FC today and if we keep this up on the run in it WILL be our year... without doubt !!

      WALK ON !!!!

Player ratings for me, 9's for Sterling, Skrtel, Suarez and my MotM Coutinho, 8's for Gerrard, Toure and Sturridge, 7's for the rest of the starters, 6's for the subs who didn't really have time to make an impact.

I like Wenger as a manager just because I respect his achievements with Arsenal and how he's built them up. For sure he can be a bit moany but taking pictures of someone tripping up in a train station? How cowardly and shameless can people be?
