Former Reds striker Andy Carroll, 25, says he "never really got a chance" at Anfield and has told his former club to be "worried" about facing him when they play West Ham on Sunday.

Carroll got every chance in the world, he refused point blank to apply himself irrespective of any fee issues.

Thanks for enlighthening me, but can't they have us playing on a Saturday? Does it mean that we have a smaller fan base, can't be so. Or that they wanted our vast fan base worldwide to watch the game on Sunday. Whatever, I hate it that we have to play the last game of the week. I'm loosing my fingernails already.

Larger fan bases make good TV ratings, that combined with league performance means we can expect to get a lot of TV games, the prime one being the late kick-off on a Sunday.  We're a victim of our own success and although it's more than a tad annoying, playing last so frequently.

Aggers stats are very good this season but ill be glad to see Sakho back for this one
