      Pre Match: Crystal Palace V Liverpool (14th Feb 2015 - 5:30pm)
      Feb 12, 2015 04:39:34 pm

If there is one away day we have not enjoyed recently its away to Palace at Selhurst Park! Hopefully Saturday that all changes and we can book our place in the quarter finals of the cup. I'd go with:

                                             Mignolet

                                    Can      Skrtel    Sakho

                  Ibe                                                      Moreno

                                       Allen    Henderson

                                Lallana    Sturridge   Coutinho

Not sure on the fitness of Sterling yet and although Mario scored the winner on Wednesday, I don't think that justifies him starting.

Big game. Lets get Stevie to Wembley! COME ON REDMEN!!!  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

How many times do people need to say Ibe is cup-tied before people stop putting him in their Cup lineups?  :f_tongueincheek:

If there is one team that needs a good F***ing then Palace are it, despite being without 2-3 pivotal players I still think we are good enough to past these shower of KUNTS , I'd go with thus....

                      Mignolet
            Lovren   Skirtle  Sakho
       Lazar                            Moreno
                Emre     Hendo
           Sterling         Coutinho
                      Sturridge

Bench:  Ward, Johnson, Allen, Lallana, Ballotelli , Lambert, Williams

We owe these fuckers, big style, I'd love us to bag it 1st time but known these jammy KUNTS it might need a replay, last thing we need, but still if that's what it takes so be it,

We are slightly under strength but I'm confident we will proceed,

1-2 Redmen in a typical heart attack type very tough encounter .

      Mignolet
            Lovren   Skirtle  Sakho
       Lazar                            Moreno
                Emre     Hendo
           Sterling         Coutinho
                      Sturridge

Think thats a great starting line up Billy. I'd have to agree with that. Only worry for me is Johnson on the bench.
If we desperately needed a right back, i'd rather bung the tea lady out there.

That for me is a 0 - 3 score line. About time we done these over. Even more so now Pardew's there.
Seems ages away because i'm still grinning ear to ear over the spuds game. Not just the result, but more because of the all round performance. Some more of that please, with a decent ref.

       Lazar                            Moreno
                Emre     Hendo
           Sterling         Coutinho
                      Sturridge

      This was my thought also.

The choice is Allen or Lovren...I think Emre & Hendo can help out enough in the mid to keep the defense solid.

Probably the strongest X1 we can field considering injuries to Lucas & Gerrard, & Ibe being cup tied, it doesn't leave us with many more options, so a massive thx goes to FSG for that,

Anyhoo it maintains balance retaining our attacking philosophy but we cannot afford anymore injuries, limited options off the bench we'll probably see Lallana , Mario and Ricky late on.

What's the point of bringing Ibe back if you aren't going to play him, mate? I worry that after his last two games, he might be a bit quiet in this one though...

Why not Manquillo? Doesn't offer too much forward, but a little bit of defensive solidity against the schizophrenic legs of Bolasie and Gayle might be worth having on the bench

Know what you mean mate but Johnson just brings a bit more maturity and experience , I'm hoping we don't see him if I'm honest

I think we can make a couple of changes and still have enough but I'd keep the same formation and most of our recent first choice players.

      Mignolet

      Skrtel  Lovren  Sakho

      Markovic  Can  Hendo  Moreno

      Lallana      Coutinho

      Balotelli

I'd play Lovren as I think it's time he tried to play himself into a bit of form and it allows Can to smove into midfield in Lucas and Gerrard's absense.

I'd be tempted to leave Danny out with a view to bringing him on if needed and with mario hopefully full of confidence after scoring against Spurs maybe it will spark him into life.

Want to tear these fuckers 11 new arseholes.
Not sure if they classify as a bogey team, but have some bad memories would like to sooth, and shoving their cup dreams where the sun don't shine would be just the ticket.
Great to still have interest this weekend, with some big sides out of this already, we might get a nice run this year - and would LOVE to see SG raising a trophy come the warmer months.
      Looking forward to it...

After the mediagasm that followed our tie with MK Dons, is anyone girding their loins against another shower of nostalgia surrounding Palace and Pardew and the FA Cup semi-final of 1990? Nip that in the bud early doors with a quick goal, please and thank you. Beat this lot by three clear goals. No fannying around.

Sturridge will def start mate he's still trying to get up to full speed he needs games. But at least Balotelli doesn't look like a completely hopeless sub to bring on for Danny now.

Well, I wouldnt move Can out of defence just yet.. Would prefer to bring Lovren into the 11 for the Thrusday night game rather than this.

      Mignolet
      Can-Skrtel-Sakho
      Lazar-Hendo-Allen-Moreno
      Lallana-Coutinho
      Sturridge

Subs - Ward, Johnson, Lovren, Rossiter, Sterling, Lambert, Balotelli

Allen, Balotelli and Lallana in for Gerrard, Sturridge, and Coutinho.

Have a bad feeling about this game. Potential banana skin.
