It's been said numerous times but it's so refreshing to have a positive player whose first thought is to go forwards with the ball. Been very impressed with him throughout pre-season. He's certainly making me think about having him in my fantasy team .

Did you see the one time he took a good pass, headed toward goal and was waving his arm for his teammates to run into position. He's definitely thinking attack at all times.

He was superb, I voted him motm because he was a threat for the full 90 minutes and gives us a dimension we did not have last season. If I was a defender I would hate to play against him, he eats up space so quickly with the ball at his feet and is so direct. Ultra impressive performance. More of that please Sadio!

What I like about him is that he knows what he's doing not trying shots and rests on lucky. Keep on going.

His goal was world class today. As I said in the match day thread, if Messi or Suarez had popped up with something like that people would be losing their sh*t.

The impression I have gotten is that he wasn't all that happy at Saints, don't think he had the best of relationships with Koeman, he was very much in and out of the starting 11. He looks to be a lot happier with us and he's been pretty consistent so far and you are always going to be more consistent if you are completely happy with being at that team.

Again quality goal, absolute quality. His pace is frightening and he clearly has bags of talent. Absolutely delighted if he even turns up as 50% of what he was today the rest of the season, as that'd still be quality.
