Good news on the fundraising, just had a nice phone call from a lady called Ann at Greggs Bakery.  I approached them for a donation to our 'Charity Fundraiser'  a while ago thinking they might supply pies or something for the buffet at the 'do', but even better, Greggs Bakery are sending me a cheque for £250.00 for Zoe's Place  ;D ;D

That is fantastic taking our total raised to around £840.

A big thumbs up to Greggs and of course Smigger who must be one of their favourite customers.  :f_tongueincheek:

You can't buy their sausage rolls and pasties online (yet) but you can find your nearest one and go in and gobble down one of their meat pies in celebration.

Solodee aka Shaq, that is very good of you!
However everyone, it's the meaning that counts so even if you can't donate £100.. little is better than none :)

Information on the Charity Night is now available.  Please note tickets are strictly limited.  We expect around 200 tickets to be available for the 'booze-up' so don't dilly-dally.

      If I was working I'd donate £10 a week!

£10 better spent on this than on Alcohol...

Go get a job then!  ;)

Nice thought Ra, but anyone donating anything they can afford just the once, is a massive help for the children and their families.

So anyone who hasn't donated yet, put your hand in your pocket and spare a few quid!!

Try telling Court to get a job :D
I'm trying to look for a career rather than any old job but I might start getting desperate so I might have to take anything :D

      Exactly, come on people!

Rather than wasting your money down those stupid fruit machines, try to use your money wisely, as in donating!
How long left? 19th May isn't it?

Just noticed the justgiving site is down, but I have had an email that £25 has been donated from Liverpool Medical School.  Good work boys and girls.

No I'm talking about the end of the donation to Zoe's place on this website. It ends on the 19th May. Would have been nicer to see the target closer by now.

Oh yep.  It does.  One month to go.

How about letting users with 'negative ratings' buy their way out?

25p for every negative I remove.  Any takers?
