The way Riise's playing is good.

Half time. We had so many opportunities to bury this 'small club' everton. We didn't finish them off. We will do so in the second half. Babel needs to up his game. Kuyt missed a ton of opportunities.

Half time. We've been all over them but we've still only got the one goal lead. We need to get another goal quickly in the 2nd half, then we can think about giving some players a rest.

Kuyt off for me.  With the calibre of Pennant & Benayoun on the bench who can play that wing (& possibly have a better shot).

We can't waste any more chances otherwise we'll be crying our eyes out if Everton catch us on the break.

I know Babel has missed one or two but he's been more dangerous than Kuyt.

Sami has Yak in his pocket! Yakubu is turning on his team yelling and shouting at them. Everton's passing has been woeful and so has our finishing could have easily been 4-0. Xabi has been good, Riise has impressed, Gerrard - what a player he is amazaing so far and Torres bloody hell son! Babel though looks threatening but his final product is letting him down. Need to score another just to ease it up a bit and kill those bitter blue bas**rds!!!! Roll on to the second half.

I'd expect Pennant in for the second half.

We are dominating the game all over. Defence are doing a great job of keeping Yak quiet. We ain't giving them time on the ball and getting stuck in. Gerrard, just class. Would like to hear the people that were asking for him to drop the armband last week now and their opinon.

Unsung hero - Lucas. Has been magnificint so far. Some great passes and doesn't look out of place. We need to be more clinical though or they could nick one. Not over yet.
