Couple of hours before kick off, looking forward to this game as I always do, will miss my Badminton game to stay home and watch this, so come on lads and put on a decent performance, I think we'll win, but it will be tight, Wigan are fighting relegation, so they'll want to put up a fight for the home fans, but I fancy us to sneak this by 2 goals to one, I think we drew 1-1 with them last year.

I can't see Johnson being back tonight, we all know how cautious Rafa is and I don't think he'll risk him, he may be on the bench though. I think Masch will be at RB again, he did a good job there the other week, Torres up front.....anything can happen when that lad plays there.

So three points tonight and we move back in to that all important 4th spot.

Come on lads we can do this, no doubt the travelling KOP will do us proud again, in fact there would probably be more Kopites than Wiganites if we'd have been given a decent allocation.

Well without a doubt this match will be very interesting. Given the fact we are seeing the return of our players, and our strongest line-up should be featuring.

I don't like when Benitez lauds the other opponent, we generally play very restrained when he does that. But I hope his comments are more genuinely just giving Wigan some hope of playing open that we can exploit them.

2-0, not a clue as to who will score.

Must win for us to keep the pressure up. Going fourth regardless of games in hand will heap the pressure on City and Spurs.

Our players may be returning but whether or not they are match fit is another question.

Will be a tough game expect us to struggle to create chances again if we have Lucas and Masch in midfield.
