Really don't think Europa picks up til the Quarters. At that point, teams realize they can actually win a trophy and step it up. Benfica and Atletico were great games last year and the teams seem hyped for both legs.

      Ajax-Anderlecht on, 2-0 for Ajax.(5-0 agg.)

Looks like there will be 3 Dutch teams with the last 16, not bad.

Liking PSV's chances in this competition.

They are the only team I fear running in to.

Nah, PSV aren't that good. They seriously lack creativity on center midfield now that Affelay is gone. Lille fielded their 2nd string team both legs against them because they're focussing on the league. And still they were completely dominated by Lille in the first game and were very lucky to undeservedly come back from that. They're very weak defensively. Would even say there's more to fear from Twente when it comes to the Dutch teams. Dzsudzsák however is on great form, but he's the only player currently they can depend on. PSV is still battling for the title aswell and will be till the end of the season, but their squad lacks depth for a busy schedule.

Besides us my money would be on Zenit, Leverkusen or Villareal. Villareal is doing quite well in the league this season, and Nilmar and Senna should be back from injuries soon. Leverkusen having a good season aswell, 2nd currently in the league I believe, I like them. And the Russian league starts in 2 weeks for Zenit, they're completely rested, strong team aswell. We'll really have to perform better than we have to beat those.

Ooh it's that pitch.  It must be like playing in a cave.

      Very unique ground.

The first legs will be played on 10 March, and the second legs will be played on 17 March 2011.

      Benfica                vs       PSG
      Dynamo Kiev         vs       City
      Twente                vs       Zenit
      CSKA Moscow       vs       Porto
      PSV                     vs      Rangers
      Bayer Leverkusen   vs      Villareal
      Ajax                     vs      Spartak Moscow
      Braga                   vs       Liverpool

as you can see, there is a lot of good teams still left in the competition, a good few tricky ties in this round too.

Yeah, it's a nice stadium at night. There's no stands behind the other goal either. And the cables between the stand roofs are odd aswell. They build it for Euro 2004, I've been there when Holland played Latvia.

finished 3rd in their group mate, behind Aris (the team City were playing) and Bayer Leverkusen.
