Why do we need a toxic mega airport when there is one down the road? That does not make any economic sense.

Stonehenge, not even a village so why compare? I could compare Atlanta International Airport as it gets more tourists. Stupid comparisons both.
As I said above, there is more to a city than bricks and mortar.
